How the process works.
Select Your Document. the type of document you need notarized, number of signers, witnesses, etc.
Select your appointment. Choose an open appointment to complete your general notarization, loan closing or Apostille.
Submit a your deposit. Secure your spot with a $15 refundable deposit to hold your appointment.
Arrive at your appoint. At the appointment, ID’s are checked, the document is reviewed, the notarization is complete, and (for Apostilles) the document is taken for processing.

How quickly can I have my document notarized?

What will I need to have available for the appointment?
You will need a valid photo ID and the document(s) that you would like to have notarized.
What happens to my deposit after I schedule an appointment?
Once you have chosen your service type, date and time available, you will be able to make a $15 deposit to hold your appointment time. This amount will be credited against the final invoice for the service that you choose.
How will I know when my appointment is confirmed?
Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be contacted with any follow-up questions prior to your appointment.
